🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have:
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:
Estate Management
Real Estate Management
Land Economy
Land Management
Property Management
Land Administration
Property Development and Management
Or an equivalent relevant qualification from an accredited and recognised university.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in estate management.
🔑 KEY DUTIES
The successful candidate will:
Maintain records of tenants, landholdings and City properties in traditional and low-cost housing areas.
Process applications for plots and attend to tenants.
Implement resolutions of the Plot Allocation Committee.
Settle disputes relating to plot ownership and boundaries.
Process applications for changes in plot and property ownership.
Perform other relevant duties assigned from time to time.
