🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have:
A Bachelor's Degree in:
Land Management
Land Administration
Land Economy
Real Estate Management
The qualification must be from an accredited and recognised university.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

🔑 KEY DUTIES
The successful candidate will:
Register land transactions on a daily basis.
Settle land disputes within their jurisdiction.
Liaise with stakeholders on land transactions.
Approve draft instruments submitted by banks, financial institutions and lawyers.
Conduct site inspections of development projects.
Maintain the land register.
Draft documents and other land-related instruments.
